In this regard, we wish to submit that the M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 302049E), Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued an Audit Report with an unmodified opinion on the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The same was duly disclosed in the covering letter forming part of the Outcome of the Board Meeting submitted to the Exchanges.
