In this regard, we wish to submit following clarification for the perusal of your good office:- - Segment details not submitted for Consolidated Financial Results We wish to clarify and submit that the Company is operating in the business as single operating segment i.e. “Crumb Rubber, Crumb Rubber Modifier, Modified Bitumen & Bitumen Emulsion and Allied Products”. Accordingly, there is only one Reportable Segment for the Company i.e. “Crumb Rubber, Crumb Rubber Modifier, Modified Bitumen & Bitumen Emulsion and Allied Products”, hence no specific separate disclosures have been made. Accordingly, the same has been duly reported in the consolidated financial results submitted to your good office; and further submitted for the consideration of your office that the adequate disclosure with respect to such single operating segment reporting is duly mentioned under Note no. 40 of Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2025 forming part of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25”. - Financial results submitted is not as per format prescribed by SEBI-Name of signing Director and DIN is not mentioned in Financial Results We wish to clarify and submit that the Mr. Subodh Kumar Sharma, Whole time Director of the Company having DIN: 08947098 has signed the said financial results for submission to regulatory authorities.
