2013 read with Rule 3 of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules 201S and relevant amendment thereto.
2 The above financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by
the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 14, 2026. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out Limited review of the results for
the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
3 The Company's main operations are In Plantations which is the significant reportable segment. Therefore, segment reporting is not applicable.
4 In view of the seasonaility of sector, the financial results for the quarter are not indicative of full year's expected performance.

Independent Auditor's Review Report on review of interim standalone financial results
To the Board of Directors of Neelamalai Agro Industries Limited
1. We have reviewed the accompanying unaudited Statement of standalone financial results of Neelamalal Agro Industries
Limited (the "Company"), for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 ("the Statement"), being submitted by the company pursuant
to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("Listing
Obligations") which has been initialed by us for identification.
Management's Responsibility
2. This Statement which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Board of Directors, has
been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard
34 "Interim Financial Reporting· ("Ind AS 34"), prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant
rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India.
Auditor's Responsibility
3. Our responsibility is to issue a report on the Statement based on our review.
We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410 'Review
of Interim Financial Information performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity', issued by the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to
whether the Statement is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of Company personnel and
analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an
audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.
Conclusion
4. Based on our review conducted as stated above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the
accompanying Statement prepared in accordance with the aforesaid Indian Accounting Standards and other accounting
principles generally accepted in India, has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33
of the Listing Obligations, including the manner in which it is to be disc
