that the Company has received ESG Rating Report dated August 10, 2026 from NSE Sustainability
Ratings & Analytics Limited (‘NSE Sustainability’), a SEBI Registered ESG Rating Provider
(Category I) with an Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) Rating of 74 (under Leader
category) for F.Y. 2026. A copy of the said ESG Rating Report is enclosed.
On August 12, 2026, the Company provided its comments seeking clarifications from NSE
Sustainability on the said ESG Rating Report. The response from NSE Sustainability was received
by the Company on August 14, 2026.
We further inform that the Company has not engaged NSE Sustainability for ESG Ratings. The
NSE Sustainability has independently prepared the report based on public disclosures of the
Company pertaining to F.Y. 2026.
