Madhumita Daolagupu as Part Time Non-Official (Independent) Directors on the Board of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) for a period of three years w.e.f. the date of notification of their appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier (Copy of order enclosed). The Company will undertake necessary action to complete the statutory formalities regarding appointment of Shri Ashish Kumar Khetan and Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu and the requisite details in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with SEBI Circular dated 30.01.2026, will be informed in due course of time.
