The said reference may kindly be read as deleted. The Company has not recommended or declared any Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. Accordingly, Point No. 5 of the Outcome of Board Meeting dated August 13, 2026 shall be read as under: “5. The Board fixed September 21, 2026 as the Record Date and noted that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 22, 2026 to September 28, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.” All other contents of the earlier disclosure remain unchanged.
