The above Statement of Standalone and Consolidated Reviewed Financial Results and the notes of the GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited ("GVKPIL" or "The Company'' or "The parent compan¡/) has been drawn up in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) notified under the Co.npanies (Indian Accounting Standards) rules, 2C15 as amended from time to time and other accounting principles generally accepted in India (Financial results). The financial results have been prepared in accordance witl. the recognition and measurement principles prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognized accounting practices generally accepted in India. 2. The Company carries its businesses in various segments viz., Power, Roads and others through various subsidiaries and associates, being special purpose vehicles exclusively formed to build and operate various infrastructure projects.
