through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”) on
September 9, 2026
This is in furtherance to our letter dated May 18, 2026 wherein the Company had informed
about the 31st AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026
at 3:30 P.M. (IST) through VC/OAVM in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the
Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Pursuant to Regulation 34 and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find
enclosed a copy of the Annual Report of the Company, including the Business Responsibility
and Sustainability Report and Notice of the 31st AGM for the financial year 2025-26.
In compliance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and
Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Annual Report and Notice of the 31st AGM are
being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email ids are registered with
the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depositories/Depository Participants.
In compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b), a letter providing a web-link including exact path for
accessing the Annual Report is being sent to those Members who have not registered their e-
mail IDs and copy of the same is also annexed.
Further, the information/documents required for determining the appropriate TDS/
withholding tax rate applicability on the proposed final dividend for Financial Year 2025-26
has been made available on the website of the Company at www.triveniturbines.com
The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 31st AGM are also available on
