August 14, 2026 BSE NSE Sub.: Approval of Proposal for Change of Name and Expansion of Main Objects to Include Medical Technology Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited (“Company”) wishes to inform its shareholders, investors and other stakeholders that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 14, 2026, has considered and approved, subject to the receipt of requisite statutory and regulatory avpprovals, the proposal for: 1. Change in the name of the Company from “Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited” to “Shukra Medtech Limited”, or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies and other competent authorities; and 2. Alteration and expansion of the existing Main Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to enable the Company to undertake activities in the field of Medical Technology (MedTech), including development, manufacturing, processing, designing, research and development, distribution, marketing, trading and related activities in medical technology products, devices, equipment, systems and solutions, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals. The proposed change in name and expansion of the Main Objects are intended to provide the Company with a broader corporate identity and enable it to explore and undertake business opportunities in the medical technology sector, in addition to its existing pharmaceutical and healthcare-related activities. The proposed alteration of the Memorandum of Association and change of name shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other approvals, permissions, sanctions and filings as may be required under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable laws and regulations.
