This is further to our letter dated 24th June, 2026, wherein it was informed that the 102nd
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday,
12th August, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) or Other Audio
Visual Means (“OAVM”) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry
of Corporate Affairs read with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 [“Listing Regulations”], Secretarial Standards on General Meetings (“SS-
2”) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and other applicable laws, rules
and regulations [including statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time
being in force and as amended from time to time].
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed the Notice
convening the 102nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) and Integrated Report of Berger
Paints India Limited (‘the Company’), including the Business Responsibility and
Sustainability Report, for Financial Year 2025-26, which is being sent only through
electronic mode to the Shareholders.
For those shareholders who have not registered their email ids, a letter providing the weblink
and QR code from where the Notice of the AGM along with the Integrated Report for the
financial year 2025-26 can be accessed is also being sent.
The Notice of the 102nd AGM along with the Integrated Report is also uploaded on the
