Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today
ie. Friday, 14™ August, 2026 at the registered office of the Company which commenced at 02:00 PM. and
concluded at 2:50 P.M., considered and approved the following items:
. The Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results and Segment Wise Revenue, Result, Assets
and Liabilities of the Company for the quarter ended 30% June, 2026 A Copy of Unaudited (Standalone and
Consolidated) Financial Results along with Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed herewith.
. Statement of Deviation and Variation regarding preferential issue will be provided under integrated financial in
XBRL filling.
. During the quarter, based on technical evaluation and management's assessment of the expected pattern of
consumption of future economic benefits of its Property, Plant and Equipment, the Company has changed the
method of depreciation for assets hitherto depreciated under the Written Down Value (WDV) method to the
Straight-Line Method (SLM), with effect from 15T April 2026. Consequently, SLM is now consistently applied
across all Property, Plant and Equipment. The change has been accounted for prospectively as a change in
accounting estimate in accordance with Ind AS 16 read with Ind AS 8, on the carrying amount of the assets as
at 31 March 2026, over their remaining useful lives. Accordingly, there is no impact on the results of prior
periods presented.
Consequent to this change, depreciation charge for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 is lower by 3231.81 lakhs,
profit before tax is higher by ¥231.81 lakhs, Deferred tax provision is higher by Rs. 50.64 Lakhs and profit after
tax is higher by X 181.17 lakhs. in consolidated financials.
. Approval of Director’s Report for Financial Year 2025-26
5. Considered and approved Related Party Transaction to be entered with the various related parties subject to
necessary approvals, if any.
. Approved the draft Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the company.
. Appointed Varun Kabra, company secretary as Scrutinizer for the purpose of above-mentioned AGM.

Independent Auditor’s Limited Review Report on the Quarterly Unaudited Consolidated
Financial Results of the Company Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, as amended
The Board of Directors,
Sunrakshakk Industries India Limited (Formerly Known as A.K. Spintex Limited)
BHILWARA
1. We have reviewed the accompanying Statement of Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results
of Sunrakshakk Industries India Limited (Formerly Known as A.K. Spintex Limited) (“the
Holding Company”) and its subsidiary (together referred to as “the group”) for the quarter
ended 30th June, 2026 ("the Statement") attached herewith, being submitted by the Holding
Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the “Listing Regulations”).
2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Holding Company’s management and
approved by the Holding Company’s Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with
the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard (“IND AS
34”), “Interim Financial Reporting” prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013
(“the Act”) as amended, read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting
principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the
Statement based on our review.
3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review
Engagements (SRE) 2410 “Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the
Independent Auditor of the Entity” issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A
review of interim financial information consists of making inquiries, primarily of persons
responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review
procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with
Standards on Auditing and consequently, does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would
become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, we
do not express an audit opinion.
4. We also performed procedures in accordance with the master Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1
/44/2019 dated March 29, 2019, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India under
Regulation 33 (8) of the Listing Regulations, to the extent applicable
5. Emphasis of matter
Attention is drawn to note no. 4 regarding change in the method of depreciation from Written
Down Value (WDV) method to Straight Line Method (SLM) for Property, Plant and Equipment
hitherto depreciated under the WDV method, based on technical evaluation, effective 1st April
2026.
As a result of the above,
(i) The depreciation charge for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 is lower by Rs. 231.81 Lakhs.
(ii) Profit before tax is higher by Rs. 231.81 Lakhs, Deferred Tax is higher by Rs. 50.64 Lakhs
and profit after tax is higher by Rs.181.17 Lakhs for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
Our conclusion is not modified in respect of the above matter.
6. The Statement includes the results of the following subsidiary:
(a) Sunrakshak Agro Products Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiary company)
The statement includes the financial results of the subsidiary as above, whose interim financial
results include (before consolidation) total revenue of Rs. 14705.21 lakhs, total profit after tax
of Rs. 712.82 lakhs for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, which have been reviewed by their
respective independent auditor, whose reports have been furnished to us by the Management
and our conclusion on the statement, in so far as it relates to the amount and disclosures
included in respect of that subsidiary is based solely on the report of such auditor and
procedures performed by us stated in paragraph 3 above.
Our conclusion on the statement in respect of matters stated as above is not modified with
respect to our reliance on the work done and the reports of the other auditor and the financial
