Based on the recomrnendation of Audit Committee of the Company, the Board has considered arrd recoifirnended to the members for their approval at the ensuing 3-4il' Annual General Meeting, tlre reappointrnent of M/s. Piyush Mahajan and Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 028669N), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five (5) consecutive years, to hold office from the conclusion of the 34tr' Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 39tr' Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2031. 4. Approved Director's Report along with its annexures for the Financial Year 2025-2026. 5. Recommended to the members for approval of Related Party Transaction, in compliance of Section 188 of the Companies Act,2013 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations ,2015, as applicable to the Company. 6.
