Considered and approved the appointment of M/s Meena Naidu & Associates ,Practicing Company Secretary, Bhilai as Scrutinizer For E-Voting process in the Annual General Meeting, to scrutinize the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner. 5. Subject to the approval of the Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting, approved the appointment of M/s M D N & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Bhilai (FRN: 017665C) as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to resignation of M/s Harsh Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants .
