Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Board of Directors, Sri. Jegan Adinarayanan, who is currently serving as Vice President – Food Division (Senior Management), ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 14th August 2026 consequent to the change in his role, responsibilities and designation within the Company. Sri. Jegan Adinarayanan will continue to be associated with the Company in his revised role and designation not being Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the said date.
