Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and our letter dated August 01, 2026, we would like to inform that Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide a resolution passed on Friday, August 14, 2026, has approved an early closure of the Issue on Monday, August, 17, 2026, which was scheduled to close on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 33A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, as amended. The newspaper advertisement to this effect shall be published by the Company in the same newspapers in which the pre-issue advertisement was published. We request you to take the above on record.
