The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 arc the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect oft he full financial year and the| published year to date figures upto third quarter of the relevant financial year Previous period figures have been regrouped/re-classified wherever necessary. [There is no tax liability on the company as company is having unabsorbed depreciation and brought forward business losses Some of the strategic investors were supposed to introduce funds under rehabilitation scheme sanctioned by Board for Industrial and Financial Reconsiruction (BIFR), however the said investors could not introduce funds as per stipulation. Consequently, Company’s rehabilitation process| delayed and Company has forfeited amount received from strategic investors for Rs. 120000 lakhs.
