The Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter (Q1) ended 30% June 2026 along with the Statutory Auditor's Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. Rohit KC Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants. The aforesaid Financial Results along with limited review report are enclosed herewith and are marked as Annexure-1 and also made available on the website of the Company i.e. wi, otech. ii. Resignation of Mr. Digvijay Kapoor (DIN: 11146998) from the position of Executive Director (Human Resources) of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from 23rd July, 2026. The Company has received confirmation from Mr. Digvijay Kapoor that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. A copy of his resignation letter along with the disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-IL. iii. Appointment of Mr. Mrityunjay Jha (DIN: 11841840) as an Additional Director (Executive Director - Administration) of the company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other approvals, permissions and consents as may be required under the applicable provisions of law. The brief profile is enclosed herewith and is marked as Annexure-III.
