Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), and with reference to the Corporate Announcement submitted by the Company on August 12, 2026 regarding change in management, we hereby provide the following additional information and clarification: The Company hereby informs that Mr. Aditya Sharma (DIN: [08718848]), Independent Director of the Company, completed his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the end of the day on June 29, 2026, and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the end of the day on June 29, 2026. Consequent to the completion of his tenure as an Independent Director, Mr. Aditya Sharma also ceased to be a member of the Committees of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the end of the day on June 29, 2026. Reason for delay in disclosure: The delay in making the aforesaid disclosure was inadvertent and occurred due to an internal oversight in the completion of the requisite disclosure formalities within the prescribed timeline. There was no intention to withhold or suppress the information from the Stock Exchange or the investors. Upon identification of the matter, the Company took necessary steps to make the requisite disclosure and ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. The Company has taken due note of the matter and shall take appropriate measures to strengthen its internal monitoring and compliance processes to ensure timely identification and disclosure of events requiring disclosure under the SEBI LODR Regulations going forward.
