All regulatory compliances in this respect have since been made. The delivery of the Vessel will be around August 31, 2026, subject to completion of required formalities. This is a related party transaction, which has already been intimated to the Exchange. The above purchase is considered in the normal course of business. Pursuant to Clause 5 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026, we enclose herewith the requisite details in the prescribed Annexure.
