The Financial Results have been subjected to audit by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, who have issued an unqualified opinion thereon. 2 The Company operates in only one business segment 3 Previous period's figures have been regrouped/rearranged to make them comparable with those of current period. 4 Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), **Citizen Solar Private Limited (“Transferor Company”)** has been amalgamated with the Company with effect from **1 April 2023**, being the Appointed Date under the Scheme. The amalgamation has been accounted for in accordance with the applicable provisions of **Ind AS 103 – Business Combinations** and the terms of the Scheme sanctioned by the Hon’ble NCLT. Consequent to the Scheme becoming effective, the comparative financial results for the **quarter ended 30 June 2025** have been restated to give effect to the amalgamation from the Appointed Date and, accordingly, are comparable with the financial results for the current period. The financial results for the **quarter and year ended 31 March 2026** had already been prepared and published after incorporating the effect of the aforesaid amalgamation. Accordingly, **no further restatement of the figures for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026 is required**. The figures for the corresponding previous periods presented in these financial results have been restated/recast, wherever applicable, to give effect to the Scheme of Amalgamation.
