Since our inception in 1968 under the visionary leadership of our founder,
Late Shri Jaswant Rai Jain, NECC has remained steadfast in its mission to provide seamless,
reliable, and cost-effective logistics and transportation solutions across India. Over the past five
decades, we have built a strong foundation rooted in trust, customer-centricity, operational excellence, and innovation.
Navigating a Dynamic Business Environment
The financial year 2025-26 was marked by resilience and progress. The logistics industry continues to evolve rapidly,
driven by technological advancements, digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, infrastructure development,
and changing customer expectations.
While challenges such as geopolitical uncertainties, supply chain disruptions, inflationary pressures, and fluctuating fuel
prices persisted, India's robust economic growth and increased investments in infrastructure created significant
opportunities for the sector. With your continued trust and the dedication of our employees, NECC strengthened its
market position and advanced its journey of sustainable growth.
Strengthening Our Presence
Today, NECC stands among India's most trusted logistics service providers, with a network of over 200+ branches across
26 states, serving major industrial hubs, manufacturing clusters, and commercial centres.
During the year, we deepened our partnerships with leading corporates such as Tata Steel, GAIL (India) Limited, and
several other reputed organizations. These enduring relationships reflect the confidence our customers place in
our reliability, service quality, and operational capabilities.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each employee for their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment.
We continue to invest in employee development through training, leadership programs, workplace safety initiatives, and
skill enhancement, ensuring our workforce remains future-ready.
Financial Performance
Despite a challenging operating environment, NECC delivered healthy profitability through disciplined cost management
and enhanced efficiency:
e Stable Revenue Base: Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 308.04 Crores, reflecting a modest decline of
6.3% compared to the previous year. Other income grew significantly from Rs. 0.71 Crores to Rs. 6.29 Crores,
highlighting diversification success.
e Cost Optimization: Total expenses reduced by 4%, from Rs. 316.39 Crores to Rs. 303.67 Crores, underscoring
operational discipline.
e Profitability: Profit before tax was Rs. 10.66 Crores, while profit after tax stood at Rs. 7.75 Crores though lower
than last year, these results demonstrate resilience.
e Comprehensive Income & EPS: Total comprehensive income was Rs 7.93 Crores, with Earning Per Share at
Rs. 0.78, reflecting continued shareholder value creation.
Corporate Social Responsibility
As a responsible corporate citizen, NECC remains committed to contributing towards the development of society. NECC
contributed approximately Rs. 21.10 Lakhs towards CSR initiatives during FY 2025-26, primarily focusing on education,
and supporting the holistic development of children through the NECC Foundation. We believe education is the
cornerstone of inclusive and sustainable national development.
