Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC ii. M3BI LLC Further, vide our letter dated July 31, 2026, we informed you that all requisite filings in connection with the merger of Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. had been completed. In this regard, we wish to inform you that all requisite filings in connection with the merger of M3BI LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. were completed with the relevant local authorities/state agencies on August 13, 2026. Accordingly, the merger of M3BI LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. shall become effective from September 1, 2026. The Company received intimation in this regard at 1:43 a.m. (IST) on August 14, 2026. With the completion of the aforesaid filing, all requisite filings with the relevant local authorities/state agencies in connection with the mergers of Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC and M3BI LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. have now been completed.
