Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved through resolution passed by circulation, the cancellation of 1,12,578 warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company, which were allotted on February 14, 2025 on a preferential basis, due to non- payment of the balance amount payable towards conversion of the said warrants within the stipulated period. The Board has also approved the forfeiture of the upfront warrant subscription money of ₹ 149,16,585 paid by the holders of the above warrants at the time of allotment, in accordance with the terms of issue of the said warrants. Consequent to the aforesaid forfeiture, the said warrants stand cancelled and will not be eligible for conversion into equity shares of the Company. Further, on account of forfeiture of unexercised warrants, the Board also approved, the restructuring of utilisation of the issue proceeds as under: Existing Proposed Nature of Utilization utilization utilization (Rs. in Crores) (Rs.
