Under the MOU, Paisalo will provide technology services and AI support to Chakrawiu in connection with its digital services business. The scope includes software and digital platform development, data processing, technology consulting, system integration, process automation, technology infrastructure management, technical support, training and related technology services. As part of the engagement, Paisalo will also share its AI-related learnings and expertise with Chakrawiu to support the development and implementation of relevant technology solutions. The engagement is expected to generate other income of approximately ₹4 crore to ₹5 crore per annum for Paisalo, based on the current scope of services. This is for your information and record.
