As stated in the resignation letter, the resignation is intended to facilitate alignment of the Statutory Auditors of GIL with those of its parent company, Geojit Financial Services Limited ("GFSL"). The current term of M/s. B S R & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors of GFSL is scheduled to conclude at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of GFSL to be held on July 24, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure I and copy of the resignation letter and information from the Statutory Auditors of Material Subsidiary, is enclosed as Annexure II.
