The Scheme is in terms of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 (as amended from time to time) and all Stock Options granted shall have a vesting period of minimum 1 (One) year from the date of grant and the same shall be vested as per vesting schedule and price as specified in the respective grant letters.
