We continue to reiterate our expectations in delivering higher growth across our businesses. Our high margin businesses including own branded products and exports are expected to contribute >80% of the total turnover by 2030. Beta continues to be one of the fastest-growing players in the Indian branded oncology pharmaceutical market, gaining market share y-o-y and is also emerging a strong innovation focused player. The focus on R&D has led to the launch of differentiated products (NDDS, “first to launch” in India etc.) and strengthened its presence both in India and international markets. Outlook We continue to work towards our vision 2030 - a leading formulations company with more than 50% of the turnover coming from own branded products. We are on track to deliver a 20-25% growth on a consolidated basis for FY27. Our backward integration in KSMs and advanced intermediates is expected to result in strong improvement in our operating margins coupled with change in product mix towards branded business. Nivan will continue to deliver exceptional growth in a fast-growing market through deeper penetration and new product launches. Synergies with Beta are expected to result in higher operating margins for Nivian in FY27 and thereafter. We continue to invest in R&D and have a robust pipeline of NDDS products for launch in FY27 and FY28. This is in addition to new launches where Beta will strive to be either First to Launch / First few to Launch in India. As the oncology market continues to expand globally, Beta is at the forefront to meet the growing demand for effective cancer treatments in both domestic and international markets.
