Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, an update on the pending litigation, disclosed earlier on 3rd March 2025, is enclosed as “Annexure-1”. The details of any change in the Our company received an order from the Karnataka status and / or any development in GST Department on 3rd March 2025, for the period relation to such proceedings; 2020-21. The order disallowed input tax credit under Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017, and demanded a payment of INR 1,57,91,107/- (Tax - INR 82,95,827/-, Interest – 58,36,114/- and Penalty INR 16,59,166/-). In response, we filed an appeal along with supporting documents within the specified timeframe. The Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals)-5 Bangalore, Karnataka GST Department reviewed our response and issued an appeal order dated July 13, 2026. According to this order, the revised demand amount is zero As a result, the original Demand Notice has been annulled.
