Sigma Advanced Systems today announced financial results for its first quarter ended (30 June 2026).
Quarterly Highlights
● Consolidated Operational Revenue of ₹374 crore, up 16% quarter-on-quarter
● Consolidated Operational EBITDA of ₹61 crore, up 11% quarter-on-quarter
● Profit after tax from continuing operations of ₹38 crore.
Management Commentary
Sunil Kalidindi, Chief Executive Officer said, “Our first quarter results reflect the continued strength of Sigma
Advanced Systems’ execution across our aerospace and defense segments, both India and overseas. The
acquisitions of Bromford Precision Solutions and AS Strategic mark important steps in our expansion strategy,
adding new capabilities and scale to the business. Our strong orderbook and pipeline are expected to sustain
this growth momentum, as we continue scaling our presence in the global aerospace and defence supply chain.”
Recent Developments
● Key Rolls-Royce LTA Win: Sigma signed a key Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with Rolls-Royce
valued at approximately GBP 300 million (approximately INR 3800 crore).
● Nasmyth Pipeline: Beyond the Rolls-Royce LTA, Sigma's Nasmyth business continued to build a
strong pipeline, with multiple active bids across the aerospace and defence sectors spanning contract
durations of up to 10 years, with existing and potential new customers.
● Acquisition of Bromford Precision Solutions: On July 14, 2026, Sigma announced the acquisition
of 100% of the equity share capital of Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, a UK-based specialist
manufacturer of high-precision, complex aeroengine rings and other engine structures. The
transaction consolidates the Company's position in the Rolls-Royce supply chain.
● Acquisition of AS Strategic: The Company has completed the strategic acquisition of AS Strategic,
which added deep access to global OEMs through strategic partnerships, including joint ventures with
multiple European defense majors.
● USD 104.9 Million Export Order (approximately INR 1,013 crore): On July 27, 2026, the Company
announced it had secured a USD 104.9 million (approximately INR 1,013 crore) export order for the
manufacture and supply of 155mm base bleed artillery shells. The order, which is to be executed over
the next 6 to 12 months, strengthens the Company's position in the global defence manufacturing
supply chain.
● M107 Shells order Execution: Execution of the M107 shells order (approximately INR 208 crore)
has commenced, with the first consignment already completed and deliveries continuing over the next
two quarters.
● Boeing Innovation Award: Nasmyth was recognized with the Innovation Award at the 2026 Global
Boeing Supplier Summit in Seattle for its R&D efforts, an achievement that leads to repeat business
from Boeing.
● Sri City, Facility The facility in Sri City has been commissioned and remains on track for full scale
production in the third quarter, supporting the Company's longer-term margin expansion and growth.
● Investments into UK Facilities: The Company made targeted investments into Capex and working
capital requirements for its UK facilities, which are expected to unlock further efficiencies in the
medium-term.
