Date & term of The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG) vide its Letter No.CA-31033/1/2026-CA-PNG appointment (55708) dated 12.08.2026 has conveyed approval of the Competent Authority for appointment of Dr. Archna Thakur as Non Official - Independent Director on the Board of Company for a period of three (03) years with effect from the date of aforesaid letter, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, the Board has appointed Dr. Archna Thakur as Additional Director (Independent Director) with effect from 13.08.2026 till the date of ensuing AGM of the Company. c. Brief profile Dr. Archna Thakur holds Doctorate in International Politics from Himachal Pradesh University and is a Gold Medalist in Master's in Political Science. She has over 20 years’ experience in Academics, Management, Administration and Social Services. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Thakur served in various roles, namely Principal of the Vocational Training Institute, Department of Technical Education (Polytechnic), Head of the Department of Social Science with a reputed International School, Marketing Director with electronic media houses in Himachal Pradesh, and Consultant with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), Himachal Pradesh. Dr. Thakur has been associated with several NGOs and has actively contributed to initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, social awareness, community welfare, and social development. d.
