Dr. CA Binoy J. Kattadiyil (DIN: 05189400) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and designated as Vice Chairman subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; and 2. Kattadiyil is a macroeconomist, turnaround professional, and investment strategist with three decades of experience spanning industry, public policy, and regulatory domains. He is an economist, investor, and strategic advisor with interest in capital markets, corporate restructuring and economic policy. Previously, he served as Director General and Member Secretary of CMD, Kerala, an autonomous institution under the Government of Kerala where he led large-scale monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment, and due diligence assignments for 100+ government departments, public sector enterprises, MSMEs, and economic development programs, alongside management consulting engagements. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at the Insolvency Professionals Agency under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, New Delhi providing strategic leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, distressed assets turnaround, business revival, value maximisation and institutional governance. He also served as Managing Director of a SEBI-licensed portfolio management and infrastructure development group in India where he led mixed- use infrastructure and real estate development projects. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Director – Development Finance for the iconic US$5 billion Atlantis, The Palm Jumeirah project in the Middle East, contributing to one of the Middle East's largest hospitality and real estate developments through project finance, infrastructure development, and global fund syndication. He is a member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Royal Economic Society (UK), Turnaround Management Association (USA), INSOL India, Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK), Urban Land Institute (USA), International Bar Association (UK), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA), and the Indian Council of Arbitrators.
