• Lower fixed expenses • In Q1 FY27, the Company has booked 8 new parts
from 5 customers

processes • This includes 2 parts in the 2W segment, 2 parts in
the CV segment, 3 parts in Non-Auto, and 1 part

Q1 FY27: Overview of Operating Environment
Business & Macro-demand Highlights:
• In Q1 FY27, the Global Auto Industry witnessed X% degrowth in production volumes on a YoY basis.
• The Indian automobile industry entered FY27 on a strong footing, with broad-based growth across key vehicle
segments supported by healthy domestic demand, easing financing costs, new model launches and
continued consumer preference for premium vehicles. The quarter also witnessed record domestic sales
across Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and Three-Wheelers, while exports across major vehicle
categories reached all-time highs for a first quarter, reflecting improving demand across international markets.
• During Q1 FY27, the Indian automobile industry reported strong production growth of 19.4% year-on-year
across key vehicle segments:
• 21.0% growth in Two-Wheeler (2W) segment
• 19.5% growth in Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment
• 11.3% growth in Passenger Vehicle (PV) segment
• The Two-Wheeler (2W) segment delivered its strongest-ever first-quarter performance, driven by sustained
demand for scooters, improving affordability, better financing availability and continued recovery in both
urban and rural demand. Export demand also remained robust during the quarter.
• The Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment registered its highest-ever first-quarter sales, supported by replacement
demand, increased infrastructure activity, improving freight movement and healthy demand from the
