The company has fixed 02nd September, 2026 as the record date (Cut-off date) to determine the eligibility of members to vote through e-voting. The e-voting period shall commence on Sunday, 06th September, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. (IST) and shall end on Tuesday, 08th September, 2026 at 05:00 P.M (IST) (Both days inclusive).
