Raising of Equity Capital through permissible mode. 2. Draft notice of Annual General Meeting and appointment of Scrutinizer for the same. 3. Alteration in object clause of Memorandum of Association 4. Appointment of statutory auditors of the company. 5. Appointment of Ms. Sheeza Abbas (DIN: 11888437) Additional Director designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. 6. Appointment of Mr. Ramakrishna Avadhanam (DIN: 11888440) Additional Director as a Whole Time Director 7. To take a note of the expiry of the term of Mr. Bhambal Ram Meena, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and decided not to continue/re-appoint him as a Director of the Company. 8. To take a note the expiry of the term of Ms. Sripati Susheela, Non-Executive Independent Director, and decided not to continue/re-appoint her as a Director of the Company. 9. Any other business with the permission of Chair. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 13th August, 2026 till 20th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
