At MPS Limited, we continue to strengthen our commitment to sustainability by integrating responsible business
practices into our strategy, operations, and decision-making. Guided by our purpose of enabling smarter

We are pleased to present our fourth Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26. This
report reflects our ongoing efforts to strengthen our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework,
enhance the quality and transparency of our disclosures, and embed sustainability into the way we conduct
our business.
During FY 2025-26, we continued to make steady progress on our sustainability journey by deepening
stakeholder engagement, strengthening governance processes, expanding internal awareness initiatives, and
advancing the integration of ESG considerations into our business practices. While we acknowledge that
