Table Of Contents SEAMEC LIMITED Financial Company Highlights Overview Business Overview Industry Overview Way Ahead Financial Highlights Chairman’s Message SEAMEC LIMITED We have begun FY27 with a continued focus on operational excellence, disciplined fleet deployment and creating long-term value for our stakeholders. During the quarter, we strengthened our operational capabilities with the successful deployment of key vessels across our fleet, reflecting our ability to execute projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability and service quality. Our diversified fleet and experienced workforce continue to position us as a trusted offshore services partner for our customers in India and overseas. The outlook for the offshore energy sector remains highly encouraging. India's increasing focus on strengthening energy security, accelerating domestic hydrocarbon production and reducing import dependence is expected to drive sustained investments in offshore exploration and production. The recent hydrocarbon discoveries in the Andaman offshore basin, continued redevelopment activities at mature fields such as Mumbai High, ongoing Open Acreage Licensing Programme (OALP) bidding rounds and higher capital expenditure by National Oil Companies are creating a strong pipeline of opportunities for offshore marine and subsea service providers like SEAMEC. Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal Beyond conventional offshore oil & gas, we are witnessing increasing opportunities in subsea inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR), offshore infrastructure development and marine support services. We believe Chairman, SEAMEC Limited these structural industry trends will support long-term demand for specialised assets such as Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) and Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs), where SEAMEC has established capabilities and a proven execution track record.
