MPL posts Consolidated income of Rs. 288.49 crore for the quarter
ended 30th June 2026.
13th August 2026, Chennai / Mumbai: Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL),
a leading Petrochemical manufacturing company and part of AM International,
Singapore, announced its Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended
30th June 2026 today.
Financials:
The financial position of the Company on Consolidated basis for the quarter ended
30th June 2026 as against the previous corresponding period are as follows:

During the quarter under review, the total income on standalone basis was
Rs. 238.99 crore as against Rs. 256.71 crore for the previous quarter and achieved a
PBT of Rs. 72.86 crore as against Rs. 32.74 crore for the previous quarter.
The Company delivered a steady performance during the quarter despite continued
volatility across markets arising from developments in West Asia. The results were
supported by improved realizations and effective management of the product
portfolio in response to prevailing market dynamics. Standalone profitability
benefited from disciplined commercial execution and focused sourcing initiatives
during the period. Consolidated performance was further supported by contributions
from overseas subsidiary. The Company remains focused on operational efficiency,
cost discipline and prudent working-capital management. Management continues to
monitor market conditions closely, including volatility in raw material costs, demand
trends and global trade flows.
