The Equity Shares allotted are fully paid-up and shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Bank in all respects. The Bank will be submitting the application for listing of the aforesaid 6,825 Equity Shares to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, in due course. We further inform that post allotment of the abovementioned Equity Shares, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 106,28,98,240/- comprising 10,62,89,824 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 106,29,66,490/- comprising 10,62,96,649 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
