The CSR Committee shall discharge its functions and responsibilities in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy Rules, 2014. 2. Approval and Adoption of New Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy:- The Board considered and approved the new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy of the Company as recommended by the CSR Committee. The new CSR Policy outlines the Company's CSR vision, governance framework, implementation mechanism, monitoring process, and the activities to be undertaken in accordance with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. The new CSR Policy has been formulated in alignment with the latest amendments to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. This newly adopted policy comes into force with immediate effect and supersedes the existing CSR Policy previously followed by the Company. The new Policy shall be effective from 13.08.2026 and also uploaded on the Company's website i.e.www.cnpcl.com The details of the CSR Committee and new CSR Policy shall be made available on the Company's website and included in the Annual Report as required under applicable laws and regulations.
