The auditors have issued unqualified audit opinion on these results. 2 The above Standalone financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards ("Ind AS") as prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015, as amended. 3 Segment reporting: In line with the provisions of Ind AS 108, the operations of the Company fall primarily under manufacturing of Composite Polymer Insulators which has been renamed as "Energy Division" & Electric Vehicles which includes e-buses & e-trucks, has been renamed as "Mobility Division" and accordingly considered under reportable segments by the management. 4 The figures of the quarter ended March 31, 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published unaudited year to date figures upto the third quarter of the respective financial year which were subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors of the Company.
