Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 8,89,51,525 divided into 8,89,51,525 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each. The Company has already received the in-principle approval in respect of these shares from: • The National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide letter no. NSE/LIST/44522 dated November 11, 2024 for shares allotted against stock options under BSL ESOS. • BSE Limited vide letter no. DCS/IPO/AK/ESOP-IP/3398/2024-25 dated November 11, 2024 for shares allotted against stock options under BSL ESOS.
