The relevant individuals continue to satisfy the eligibility criteria for classification as “promoter group” under Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. 3. The present intimation relates solely to an intra-group (inter-se) change of sub-classification within the “Promoter and Promoter Group” category, and does not constitute, and is not intended to be treated as, a re-classification of the said individuals as “public” shareholders under Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations. Consequently, this intimation is furnished pursuant to the Company’s disclosure obligations under Regulation 30, and the specific application/approval process prescribed under Regulation 31A(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations has not been invoked. 4. The current shareholding structure of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains fully aligned with the last shareholding pattern submitted under Regulation 31 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, save for the intra-group sub- classification change referred to above, which shall be reflected in the shareholding pattern for the ensuing quarter. 5.
