(e-38759) dt. 13.08.2026 and Shri. Ramawater Rajgarhia, vide Letter No.
95/01/2025(viii)-HR-PSU (e-38759) dt. 13.08.2026 as Non-Official Directors /
Independent Directors on the Board of FACT, for a period of three years from the
date of notification of their appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
