Bhosale Marg, Worli, Mumbai 400 018 India Subject: Sale of M&M equity shares Dear Sir/Madam, Mahindra University (“MU”) and Mahindra Educational Institutions (“MEI”) wish to inform Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (“M&M”) that they have today, 13 August 2026, completed the sale of the M&M equity shares received by them pursuant to the endowment contribution made by Mrs Anuradha Mahindra and Mr Anand Mahindra. MU has sold 6,50,270 equity shares of M&M and MEI has sold 2,16,757 equity shares of M&M. In aggregate, 8,67,027 equity shares, representing 0.07% of M&M's total voting share capital, have been sold. These constitute all the M&M equity shares received by MU and MEI pursuant to the endowment contribution. The sale has been carried out through the stock exchange. The sale has been carried out through the stock exchange. The proceeds will be applied towards the University’s educational and charitable objectives, including infrastructure, scholarships, research, student aid and academic initiatives. The sale completes the monetisation of the M&M shares received pursuant to the endowment contribution.
