Ref: Ministry of Railway’s Order No. 2026/PL/57/16 dated 13th August, 2026 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to be informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2026/PL/57/16 dated 13th August, 2026 has conveyed the appointment of Shri Sachin Balkrishna Sabnis as Non-Official Director on the Board of IRCTC for a period of three years with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is earlier. In compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities, and, requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course.
