Business Momentum: The Company continued to focus on retaining existing customers, strengthening customer relationships and engaging with new customers, amid geopolitical uncertainties, freight-rate volatility and competitive market conditions. Elevated Operating Costs: Increased freight, fuel, insurance and related logistics costs put pressure on the Company’s gross and operating margins. Profitability: EBITDA stood at ₹438 lakhs, EBIT at ₹414 lakhs and PAT at ₹217 lakhs. During the quarter EBITDA margin declined to 2.8%, EBIT margin was 2.7%, PAT margin was 1.4%, mainly due to freight-rate volatility, higher transportation costs, and competitive pricing pressure.
