Record Date

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has announced the record date for the purpose of dividend as 07-Aug-2026. The company has also approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.80 per equity share. Additionally, the company has proposed to raise funds up to ₹4,500 crore through the issuance of equity shares, eligible securities, and/or any other equity-linked instruments.
