C/1, G Block Dalal Street – Fort Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 001 Mumbai - 400 051 Scrip Code: 544578 NSE Symbol: RUBICON Dear Sir / Madam, Subject: Disclosure under Regula�on 30 of SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015 – US FDA inspec�on of the Company’s manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons & Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, this is to inform you that the United States Food and Drug Administra�on (US FDA) conducted an unannounced inspec�on of the company’s manufacturing facility located at Plot No. A-17, Special Economic Zone, Phase- II, Industrial Area, Pithampur, District Dhar, PIN – 454 775, Madhya Pradesh from Monday, 29 June 2026 to Friday, 3 July 2026. This was the first US FDA inspec�on of this facility since its acquisi�on by the company last year. In the 12 months since the acquisi�on, we completed the integra�on of the facility, implemented our quality management systems and completed regulatory filings that ini�ated the inspec�on requirement. Upon conclusion of the inspec�on, a Form 483 containing 2 observa�ons was issued to the company. The observa�ons are procedural in nature and do not relate to data integrity. The company is confident of working closely with the regulator to successfully conclude the evalua�on in a �mely manner. A successful inspec�on outcome in litle over a year of acquiring the facility, shall reflect our deeply rooted quality & compliance culture and shall reinforce our strong regulatory track record. As guided in our Q4 FY2026 investor update, the company remains confident of ramping up commercial opera�ons at this facility from Q1 of calendar year 2027.
