We have reviewed the accompanying statement of Unaudited Financial Results of Kusam Electrical lndustries Limited ("the compan y"l, for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 ("the Statemeht"), being submitted by the company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 20L5 as amended. 2. The statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with recognition and measurement principle laid down in the lndian Accounting Standard 34 "lnterim Financial Reporting" ("lnd AS") prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in lndia. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the statement based o.n our review. Scope of the Review 3. We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE 24LOl "Review of Interim Financial lnformation Performed by the lndependent Auditors of the Entity" issued by the lnstitute of Chartered Accountants of lndia. This Standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the statement is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit in accordance with Standards on Auditing. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion. Conclusion 4. The Statement includes results for the quarter ended March 3L, 2026 are balancing amounts between the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31,,2026 and reviewed unaudited interim financial results for the nine-month period ended December 3L, 2025.
