The Chairman speech:
Dear Shareholders, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good morning, and a very warm welcome to all of you to the 31st
Annual General Meeting of Page Industries Limited.
As I reflect on the year gone by, I do so with confidence in the
enduring strengths of Page Industries and optimism about the
opportunities that lie ahead. The theme "Timeless Values.
Transformative Vision.", embodies the philosophy that has shaped
our journey over the years—that enduring success comes from
remaining steadfast in our purpose while embracing change with
conviction. At Page, our commitment to quality, integrity,
customer trust, and operational excellence continues to define
who we are. These values have served us well over the years and
remain the foundation on which we continue to build, even as we
respond to evolving market dynamics and changing consumer
aspirations.
The global apparel industry operated in a challenging environment
during the year. Economic uncertainty, changing trade dynamics,
geopolitical developments, inflationary pressures, and supply

chain realignments influenced markets across the world. At the
same time, consumers became increasingly value-conscious while
remaining selective in their purchasing decisions. In such an
environment, resilience, agility, and the ability to adapt have
become more important than ever. Amid these global
developments, India continues to stand out as one of the world's
most promising consumption markets. Strong demographic
fundamentals, increasing formalisation of the economy, rapid
digital adoption, expanding urbanisation, and growing consumer
aspirations continue to create a favourable long-term outlook for
branded apparel.
India's economic fundamentals remained resilient during the
year, supported by infrastructure development, stable domestic
demand, and rising disposable incomes. While consumer spending
remained measured in certain periods, the aspiration for quality,
comfort, and trusted brands continued to strengthen. We are
seeing a gradual shift in consumer preferences, with increasing
demand for superior product experiences, enhanced functionality,
and brands that inspire confidence. These trends reinforce our
belief in the significant long-term opportunity that lies ahead for
our Company.
Against this backdrop, Page Industries continued to make steady
progress through disciplined execution and a sharp focus on
sustainable value creation. Our performance reflects the resilience
of our business model, the strength of our product portfolio, and
the trust that consumers, customers, and business partners
continue to place in our brands. At the same time, we continued
to invest in strengthening our future capabilities. The ongoing
expansion of our manufacturing footprint, including the progress
at our Odisha and KR Pet facilities, will enhance our production
capacity, improve supply chain responsiveness, and position us
well to support our long-term growth ambitions.
I am also delighted to share that during the year, Page Industries
was honoured with the "Licensee of the Decade" award by Jockey
International for the second consecutive term. This prestigious
recognition is a testament to the strength, longevity, and mutual
trust that define our partnership. It is particularly meaningful as
it coincides with the 150th anniversary of the iconic Jockey brand.
On behalf of everyone at Page Industries, I extend our heartfelt
PAGE INDUSTRIES LIMITED
congratulations to Jockey International on this remarkable
milestone and wish them continued success in the years ahead.
As we look ahead, we do so with optimism, tempered by
discipline. While uncertainty and volatility are likely to remain part
of the global business landscape, our confidence is rooted in the
enduring strengths we have built over the years—our trusted
brands, strong execution capabilities, manufacturing excellence,
talented workforce, and unwavering commitment to our
consumers. Guided by our timeless values and inspired by a
transformative vision, we remain committed to building a
stronger, more agile, and future-ready organisation that delivers
sustainable value for all our stakeholders.
As I conclude my address, I extend heartfelt gratitude on behalf
of the Board of Directors of your Company to all attendees of this
virtual assembly. I look forward to continuing to share triumphs
with each and every one of you.
Thank You
MD speech on the Company’s performance:
Dear Shareholders,
Good morning,
It is my pleasure to address you today and share the
performance of your Company for the financial year 2025–26.
The year was shaped by an operating environment marked by
evolving consumer sentiment, geopolitical developments,
inflationary pressures, and rapid technological change. In such
a dynamic environment, our priority was clear—to remain agile
in responding to near-term challenges while continuing to invest
in the long-term strengths of the business. Throughout the year,
our focus remained on strengthening our market position,
